We will accept reservations for 3 months in advance. This is mostly to help folks budget! Payment is due before progress starts. Up to 3 month layaway is possible but must be paid for before progress begins. The deposit amount will be removed from the total.

Custom sizes are

Willow
Elderwood
Fieldling
Leafling Noodles
But others may be considered but a surcharge will be applied for smaller sizes.
There is a limit when it comes to how many colours can be used as printers are often busy printing stock for our regular releases.
Custom parts are not possible at this time. You must select from the catalogue of available parts. If this changes in future we will let you know. Additional faceplates and accessories may be added but only in the size and colours of your initial design. You cannot for example; get a custom blossom and then an extra pair of bloom sized ears in another colour. This is for full dolls only.
Deposits are non refundable. If you decide to skip your slot, it will be offered to the folks who have reserved the month after.
You will have to get in the queue again but will be refused if you repeatedly reserve but don’t commit.
At the start of August, October slots will be added. We will not be adding more slots per month for the forseeable future.
