Asteria Foxglove, our third little one to add to our bloom lineup for 2021!

A tiny 3D printed Ball jointed Doll kit from February 2021. These kits are put together by just 2 people and waiting times can sometimes get extensive. We are currently experiencing a large volume of orders so please be patient. If patience isn’t you’re thing (we understand!) our kits may not be for you. Each bloom is made to order in the colour of your choice.

Milk Tea (A soft sunkissed tan with green clover ears and tail tip.

Peony (A soft pink with ombre tail)

As these are a kit for you to finish at home, there will be flaws and marks that can be easily sanded away. This is a normal part of the production process and nothing to worry about. You must spray your doll ENTIRELY with uv cut sealant to protect them from the sun. Since they are made of a photopolymer resin, this step is vital to keep your bloom safe and strong for years to come. INVEST IN A DECENT MASK and always wear when working with resin or sealant.

This is a fun little project that can take anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on your skill level. They will be sent unstrung so that you can work on the parts easily and all magnets and elastic will be provided as a part of the kit.

Eyes are available separately as well as wig kits for you to make wigs for your bloom. Tutorial to come soon.

Supply List;

  • Scissors

  • 1.5mm crochet hook is incredibly useful but not necessary.

  • Lower grit sandpaper (600+ if sanding by hand) or a dremel with abrasive ‘fuzzy’ attachment.

  • High Grit sandpaper (1500+) for finishing

  • UV Cut spray.

This bloom will be sent with all elastic and magnets required to put her together. We use a tension bar system in the neck so no S-hook is included.

 

Do not forget to spray the entire doll with UV cut spray after sealing! This will protect her resin!

Asteria Foxglove and Clover are a little duo with the theme 'Lucky in Love'

Love. They say it makes the world go round but of course, love doesn't always have to be romantic. It can come in so many shapes and forms; love for your friends, your family, your pets, and of course, yourself. I think the latter is something that many of us struggle with but you are important and we hope these little good luck friends will remind you of that, every time you see them.
