Magical Stringing Service

Hello friend

Does stringing scare you? Does the sight of tiny magnets fill you with dread? Fear not! The Mysterious Bee next door has you covered! This add on option is now available! This new stringing service means that your kit arrives assembled so you have no accidental projectile elastic spaghetti moments and won’t be hunting for elbows at 3am. You'll still have to sand and spray your little one but you won't have to deal with all the bits!

Magnets will be installed for you too. Please note that scuff marks can still be present until you do some sanding. This is normal and expected! A limited basic sanding service may be added soon. We'll keep you updated! Spraying/sealant is NOT included due to unpredictable UK weather at this time of year. We may offer this in future when the weather behaves itself like a good little cloud.

This service is perfect for folks who struggle with hand dexterity, those that simply find it hard to work with lots of tiny parts and newcomers who would like to ease into customisation at their own pace. They will be accepting limited slots at first to ease into this service gently. (ahead of Candyween!) For those of you with held boxes; you can add this onto any kit that is still at Frapp HQ. For those of you that don't know, the mysterious bee lives next door so you will still have your blooms shipped out from Frapp HQ.

While connected (literally adjacent) to Frappzilla, the stringing service is its own little entity with its own contact. We will forward all relevant queries onto the stringing team!

What Is Included?

Stringing service is literally just that. Your Unfinished pieces will be strung together for you. You won’t have to do any of it yourself but you will have to sand your doll and spray. Some folks just find it easier to work on a doll that is already put together. We have dyspraxic members of the Frappzilla team so we understand that handling tiny pieces isn’t for everyone! Still, a quick polish and install your magnets and you have a perfect little companion!

Magnet installation is currently for stringing service only. Magnets will be attached to all ports. Horn, Ear, Tail, Wing, Faces etc.

Maybe coming soon; full package which includes sanding too.

However, spraying/sealing is not possible due to fluctuating weather where we live in the soggiest of surroundings.
